Android Central Question

My phone has just recently started automatically changing from the camera to the home screen, after a few minutes of not taking any pictures. How can I change it, so my phone stays on the camera app?

No, the camera doesn't crash. It's just annoying that the phone changes from my camera to my home screen, on it's own.

My phone is a Motorola G Power, Android 11
I have the default Battery Saver turned on.
I don't have a 3rd party battery-saver
I don't think any of my other apps have "RAM booster"?

Hi, welcome to AC!
Would you be able to get this on video and post it here?

When the camera app is active, the live feed to the screen is consuming a noticeable amount of power. Some camera apps will timeout and close if not actively used. The factory camera app on my LG V60 does this after about 2.5 minutes. If there is no settings in the camera app for this timeout, your only hope is to get a different camera app from the Play Store.
