Android Central Question
I own a samsung j7 pro. I bought it last year in November means it didn't complete a year yet. I put it to charge when it gets to 15% then when it reaches 92% it gets stuck never goes up either down. Sometimes it go up to 93% then back down to 92. Restarting my phone sometimes help sometimes it doesn't. I'm afraid that changing its screen twice have caused this issue because it broke twice and i had to fix it. The first time i changed it into an unoriginal screen it made the battery drain faster and my phone to heat, later my cat made my phone fall so it broke but switched it then to an orginal screen. I'm afraid maybe the employees while fixing it has done something. But i realized that the battery has been draining a little bit faster than it used to be.
As well a i noticed in the earlier days since buying it if i use th mobile while charging it would take longer to charge. My mobile doesn't have fast charging feature it can take up to 3 hours of charging. Please help what the issue could be?
