Why does my phone go crazy when enabling mobile data?

Hello,

I have an android, but I'm unsure about what model it is for what I apologize.

So this problem only occurs when I enable my mobile data; my phone starts opening or closing apps by itself, types text, swipes its own screen, etc. I constantly need to fight against it.

Does anyone know what could cause this?

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>About Phone to find out the make and model.

Is the phone in a case, and is a screen protector on? If so, try taking both off.

Does this happen in safe mode also?
