Why does my phone power off when receiving calls ?

I have a samsung galaxy s4 mini and whenever someone calls me the phone powers off ?? I turn it back on only to find "missed call ". This has happened about five times since I bought it. Someone help ?

Possibly an app causing the reboot? Do you use an app for ring tones or caller pictures or anything to do with a phone call?
