why my phone (samsung s2 lte shve110s) has problem in turning my bluetooth?

when i tried to open bluetooth, following statement appears

"The application Settings(processcom.android.settings)has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."

I don't have any option without force close. So what should I do?
