Why does my phone say custom (unlock symbol) on the boot?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Recently when I boot my phone it says Custom and then an image of an unlock padlock. My phone is not rooted. I already checked with another app. The only thing I have fone recently is try Dr.Fone in order to recover some lost videos. Other than that I have done nothing from what I read to cause this. No one else has access to my phone. How do I get rid of the custom unlock icon from the boot?

Evidently Dr.Fone did something that makes Android look like a custom ROM. The only way I've ever found to get rid of that lock and "Custom" is with Wanam Xposed (with the Xposed Framework) and the phone has to be rooted for that to work.
