Why does my phone say ip address unavailable

When i try to connect to wifi says ip address unavailable

Does it do it for any WiFi or just a specific one? Do you have the correct credentials to connect to the network? Have you made sure you haven't set up any manual settings for DNS/IP Address or manual VPN settings?
