Why does my phone screen stay black/off suring a call? LG 3
When calling someone or recieving a call, my screen goes black and I'm unable to access anything until the call is ended.
This might not seem like the worst thing in the world, but it is.
I cant access my voicemail, because I cant key in anything because my screen stays black until the call is ended.
I cant end a call, which is awko because for some reason the other person likes to wait for me to end a call (looking at you, Virgin Canada). Welp, just stuff it in my pocket and hope they get bored in 15 minutes.
I've tried taking this feature off, the saving battery thing when the phone is close to your face, but I cant find it.
Additionally if I'm in a dark environment, my phone screen will not turn on. I try...so hard, but it turns on then turns itself off.
I tried taking the screen off to no avail, I thought maybe its just some dust on the front camera type thing.
Any ideas?
