Why does my phone switchoff whenever i on my

Am using a techo w5 lite phone... recently, it started going off whenever I on my data and can only on if I'm charging it..pls what do I do

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying it powers down on its own, even when the battery isn't reading low? If so, the battery might be failing. You'd have to bring it to a repair shop.
