Why does my PS4 Controller lag in games on android?

Even with the use of Bluetooth Auto COnnect.. When I click connect now it seems to fix the lag for 20 or so seconds but then goes back to being laggy.

I put the option to show icon whilst running on and pressed connect now, and after 20 or so seconds the icon disappears and the lag returns...

If you have any ideas at all that would be helpful... I'd rather not return the controller =\

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried unpairing and re pairing the controller?

I've done it multiple times. I've tried pairing before playing a game and no dice, I've tried running a game, turning off bluetooth, pairing after turning bluetooth on again and then using the bluetooth auto connect app and no matter what way I go. I can get around 20 seconds of lag free use out of the ps4 controller in my games on my android phone and any other android device I own.

You need to get the paid version to work, but that at least checks for compatibility. I remember I had to mess around with the id on the controller. I can't remember what or how.
