Why does my S10 camera insist on taking "motion photos" now?

I have a Galaxy S10 running Android 12, and over the past few weeks, whenever I open the camera to take and take a photo it now takes a "motion photo.“ I'm guessing this must be a feature that's been added in a recent update as I know it never used to do this and it's really annoying me. I don't want to take "motion photos," I just want to take regular still photos and I can't see a way of doing this now. Can someone please help?!

In camera settings do you have settings to keep enabled?

Does it depend on how long you're holding down the shutter release button?
