Why does my S4 battery drain so quickly?

s4 battery drains priblems

i have s4 and i face battery drains problem whenever i charge my phone 100% after 10 minutes it drains down to 90% even i not used it.please help me

Phones drain battery even on standby, wi-fi, running apps in the backround, even though it is but too much in 10 minutes. Try to check if you have the air gesture on, or bluetooth, smart stay and apps that use all these sensors make sure that they are off and close the running apps by holding the home button and closing down everything. You can manage battery consumption through ''power saving'' option.

i have try all these things but still facing these problems.is i need to replace battery?

Do a search in this forum for "battery" and you will find plenty of information about short battery life! If the battery is more than 18 months old it is suspect! Restart your phone and then look at the battery usage before running any apps. Some apps do not turn off by themselves and will keep draining the battery until you turn them off! Mapping and search apps are the worst!
