Why does my S4 keep going from 4g to 3g?

my s4 keeps going from 4g to 3g

Ive gone into settings and set it back but it does it again.

What is the 4G signal strength in your area? If it's weak, you might be better off with the 3G.

I have an app that tests that and i know anything over 10mbs is ok as far as i know. Mine is showing as 34mbs. What do you think?
