Why does my Samsumg GalaxyS7 update not working

Hi there

Ever since I did my software update suddenly I can't open attachments, I can't download them either from my Gmail and I can't download anything from the Google Playstore either... so I can't even unistall to reinstall it. I checked all my settings which are all correct. I also scanned through all the advice give in the previous posts but none of the advice given there worked...

Anyone got any new information on how to fix this problem please?
