Sometimes my samsung asks for my pin sometimes it doesnt, and u can just swipe, how do i fix thhis problem? i want to make it perminent to pincode. does it have something to do with safe lock?

Yes, it sounds like a Smart Lock issue. Does it only happen in certain locations or when connected to certain Bluetooth devices? You can find the relevant settings in Settings->Lock screen and security->Smart Lock
