since i switched to lucky mobile, even tho i bought a new sim card, all incoming calls shoe"unknown" caller

Try clearing data and then force stop the phone app

Welcome to Android Central! Open your Phone app, tap Menu>Settings, and look around there for a Caller ID option to make sure it's turned on. Also try calling your carrier to make sure the feature is active.
