Why does my Samsung Galaxy S3 volume play quietly?

Samsung galaxy s3 audio

when connecting an audio output like pc's audio system and my phone shows me "suggested earphone apps" and plays more quetly than its should. srr for grammar

Welcome to Android Central! You're connecting via Aux cable, I assume? When connected to your computer via Aux, you can control volume both from the phone and from the computer. Turn the volume all the way up on the phone, then use the computer's volume control to do more fine control
