why does my samsung galaxy s4 loose all sound if phone is slightly bump or just does it in its own?

Have no sound at all sometimes...when it does work it it is set down the sound goes away...

If the sound drops when you set the phone down, there is a high likelihood that it is damaged. That sounds like the internal speaker connection is failing and the jarring that occurs when you put the phone down is enough to cause the circuit to lose connection.

Might be something that a service shop can fix easily enough.
