Try to do the backup reset as suggested. If it's still not clear how to do that. Please check the links as provided by belodion for further assistance. Hope that helps if not kindly let us know.Do you intend to do a Backup and Reset, as suggested by arunverma? Or are there still things about that that make you hesitate?
I don't know whether it would fix the problem, but I don't see that there's much else you can try.
