Why does my samsung galaxy s6 edge go to factory mode when I plug it into my charger?

I have a photo of my phone screen. Top left corner says

factory mode
Product name
Current binary: Samsung official
System status fficial
Reactivation lock: off
Secure download : enable
Knox warranty void
Rp swrev

With a Downloading icon the middle and below it. Do not turn off

This shows up every time I plug in my phone to a charger.

What's happening and how do I solve this?
