Why does my Samsung /Sprint think I'm in Texas?

why does Samsung /Sprint think I'm in Texas?

I had a Note 3, I just got a Edge 6+. I live in New Orleans and turn my location off to save battery. Does anyone know why for both phones, they think I'm in Houston? I have put location on when retrieving weather but this won't set my location.
