Why does my sidesync playback have a black screen with sound?

sidesync playback gets black screen but has sound

I just got the SG Tab S 10.5. Used Sidesync 3.0 to mirror my Galaxy S5. Played a TV show from the mirrored phone and only got sound...no picture the screen is just black. However, there are still the "click here for more info" texts during commercials! This happens with Hulu Plus and Netflix. Doesn't matter if it's regular sized screen or I enlarge it. Anyone have this issue and have a fix?

Found the answer chatting with Samsung. Apparently, Hulu and Netflix do not allow "Sharing" of their content... so I can HEAR it, but not SEE it. Even tho it's MY subscription on MY devices! I ONLY got a tablet w/o LTE because the saleshole told me I could just mirror Hulu and Netflix from my cell onto my tablet using my cell's LTE in remote areas w/o Wifi to pick up signal...but that's not true. Unless someone knows a way around it??

I have the same problem. Interestingly, though, I can see the video from my phone on my friend's computer (we both have apple). Why does it work on his, and not on mine?
