Why does my sim show no service on HTC 12+ whenever I select my preferred cellular data sim.

My HTC 12+ preferred data sim goes of whenever I select the sim I want to use for data network. When I switched it to sim 1 it's all the same. How to I fix this please.

Have you tried switching SIMs to determine whether the problem is in the phone or with the SIM?

Yes I did and I find out the problem is from the phone coz any network I switch to goes off immediately.
