Why does my Tablet revert to factory settings when powering off/on.

The issue is as follows.

When I turn the tablet off then back on it reverts back to factory settings, nothings saved and no apps, the space available is 0.00b and I can't install new apps.

I followed a process on another forum as set out below.

I used my pc to resolve this problem. Root is needed for this to work.
1) Make sure divers are installed and your tablet is detected in device manager. (PDAnet had the drivers I needed).
2) Download, install and run "Android commander".
3) Once android commander is opened it will show files on you phone. (if you don't see files you have a driver problem)
4) Browse the directory /system/Xbin/ and tick busybox. Copy the file busybox to /system/bin
5) Once busybox appears in system/bin, right click and click properties to check the permissions. Everything should be ticked except "group - write" and "all - write"
6) restart tablet.

Job done happy days!

I did the following:-

1. I used Kingoroot to get access to the root directory of my tablet. The Superuser app was installed and I was asked to allow full permissions which I did.
2. I installed the drivers from PDAnet.
3. I then installed Android Commander & got access to all the system files.
4. I found /system/xbin/busybox & copied it to the /system/bin directory. This was done using the right panel of Android Commander. The copy program showed it being copied.
5. The file busybox could not be found in the /bin directory.
6. I then noticed that Android Commander said at the bottom "Root Access = No". I could not perform any copying etc from the left panel of android Commander which has both the PC & Android device file directories but I was able to copy busybox onto a directory on the PC but cannot copy back to the Android device.
7. I checked Kingoroot & it said the device was rooted.
8. Tried the process several more times including unrooting & rooting but still Android Commander says Root Access = No.
9. The Android Commander website is down so I am stuck.

Can anyone suggest another process or offer a fix for this. The tablet is a Zenithink C71A running Jellybean 4.1

Thanks

I finally fixed the problem by downloading and installing Jellybean again. All my data was still there but the apps had disappeared so I just downloaded them again.

All good. Thanks

Well it is kinda strange, but i think its related to hardware problem, the 0.00b available space its so absurd :/
Or try changing android version with a newer one!
