Why does my watch lose its location every day?

AC Question

Seems like every morning my 360 has lost its location. When I press the weather icon it comes up with "Weather is not available. Check the location settings on your phone."

My phone's location settings have not changed. If I power-off the watch and turn it back on, everything is fine until the next day.

Is there something I can do to eliminate this daily restart?

(Also, the latest update has removed "Restart" as an option. I now have to "Power off" and press the knob to start up again.)

Welcome to the forums. If you disconnect the watch and reconnect it, does it regain location?

That was me asking the question without signing in first. Sorry about that.
"Disconnect"? Dunno how to do that other than unpairing/re-pairing or powering off. Is there another way? Or is unpair/re-pair really straightforward and requiring no action on the phone?
Doing the power-off/power-on re-establishes location and everything is fine.
I',m just wondering why the watch loses the phone's location every day - and whether there's something I can do to prevent that from happening.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. Turning bluetooth off and back on again, might force a refresh. See if that helps. As for why it does it, I am not sure.

Ah. Thanx. That's "less inconvenient" than turning the watch off and back on. I'll try it next time it happens & report back.

PS Still wish they hadn't removed the "restart" option from Settings.

Problem recurred this morning - less than an hour after I got up. All-of-a-sudden the weather app on the "Dials" watchface stops showing the current temperature - and when I press on it, instead of getting the 4-day outlook, I get the message "Weather is not available. Check the location settings on your phone."
Turning bluetooth off and on (from either the phone or the watch) had no effect. I looked at un-pairing, but that says it does a factory reset and I lose all y settings, so I steered clear. Turning the watch off and back on is the only thing I've found that works.

I have the same issue. Every morning, the 360 reports that it cannot determine location. A power cycle usually fixes, but that is a PITA (esp. since I can no longer find the one-tap "Restart").

Most often, after I leave the house, it fixes itself.

MAY HAVE FIXED IT!
Dunno why it worked - whether it was a fix or a coincidence.
But last week I turned off location on my phone and turned it back on. The problem has not recurred since.
(I reach up and tap my head and say "Knock wood!")
