Why does my Xperia Z3 send blank texts even though I've wrote a message?

my xperia z3 sends blank texts even thou ive wrote a message

i send texts to my boyfriend and some send with the message and some dont, why is this happening?

I suspect the problem to he on his phone rather than yours. Does he have an Android device as well?

Android and iPhone don't do messaging well I have the same issue and I'm using a nexus 6 my wife iPhone i get her messages but mine come blank to her it's a apple issue but like always apple blocks everything that's why I'm android A REAL DEVICE!!!!

Android and iPhone don't do messaging well I have the same issue and I'm using a nexus 6 my wife iPhone i get her messages but mine come blank to her it's a apple issue but like always apple blocks everything that's why I'm android A REAL DEVICE!!!!

This is interesting. I have both an iPhone 6+ and a Sony Z3. I use the iPhone for work (Company IT Policy) and my Z3 for personal. My family is all on Android devices. When I'm traveling (frequently), I'm generally on my iPhone and I haven't had any texting issues at all between Android and iPhone devices, even when I'm in Europe (based in the U.S.). I suspect a setting issue on one of the devices (as was suggested earlier) or maybe a carrier issue? I don't know for sure, I haven't had any issues texting from my either my iPhone or Z3 to any device. Just for reference, I have been using my Z3 since November, 2014 and my iPhone since March 2015. Probably have flown 50,000 miles in that time frame.

I have the same problem when I text my gf. She have an iPhone.
But I found out that if I delete all the emojies, it stops sending blanks

My 6 plus I used to have and texting my wife on her android a while back t mobile says its apple sometimes android I suspect apple as they block and tell you can and cannot do? Its a mystery I guess

But emoji works fine between apple and Android if you have emoji why that is I havent a clue

It has something to do with emoji I do have same problem if I use to many in my text but this will only happen android to iPhone in text but fine over fb massager so it has something to do with sms format... Dont happen all the time tho.
