Why does my ZTE Maven make clicking sounds when I talk?

I have a ZTE Maven cell phone and it makes clicking sounds when I talk or listen. Could it be because I wear glasses that have a magnet in the frame to attach sun glasses or something wrong with the phone?

Try to use a Bluetooth headset... Do you still have the same problem?
