Why Does Nonbody Have This Out for Review Yet?

Five days to pre-order and nobody has been given one to do a hands on review yet or are they bound by an NDA not to divulge anything until a certain day?

If I were Sprint / HTC I would want to be pushing this phone hard before the GSIII announcement.

I love my GSII but it does have it's shortcomings and I'm hoping the new EVO brings me back to better signals, WIFI, GPS, a better audio quality for calls and a better camera experience.

I don't game...I just want a great communications device.

I guess we have to wait until it actually comes out for the good reviews from AC and Engadget and others.

It is mostly the HTC One. I know there are important differences, but the real reviews to worry about is when you can do a side by side..

Lot's of folks did mini reviews from the unveiling show. I want hands on real world use / opinions. I have to believe that HTC / Sprint has it in some folks hands trying it out by now for review.

I just hope they announce the actual release date prior to next Monday or I am going to have a tough time convincing the wife to let me plunk down the money for our two phones when we would have no idea of the time frame we would get them in.

Phil -- WIreFly obviously has a unit from Sprint (HTC EVO 4G LTE for Sprint Sneak Peek - YouTube), how come you guys don't?
