Why does Onetouch Cloud app start automatically?

Trying to save battery usage, the app that uses most is now the Onetouch Cloud. I don't save to the cloud and have not created an account. I force stop the app which is OK when I stop using the phone. As soon as I turn on WiFi the app starts up again. What is it doing?

I don’t know, but if it is a pre-installed app, can you not Clear Cache, Clear Data, Force Stop, and Disable?

Have done all as recommended except Disable. It is one of those frustrating apps where the Disable box is greyed out.

Try Device Administrators (in Settings/Security). If the app is there and checked, uncheck it. (Otherwise you'll have to root the phone to control what runs at boot.)
