Why does 'Samsung Apps' ask frequent update??

Hi,
I doubt 'Samsung Apps' in S4 is malfunctioning . Every time I open the app, it says 'a new version is available'. I update it. Look inside for apps. Come out. After some time, if l open Samsung Apps, again it says it has update. Each time, the update size is 15.20MB. I have done the update thrice today with the same MB size. If I click 'update later', it warns 'if you don't update, the app will close'. What's happening with Samsung apps..??
