Why does the [Comment] button cover part of the text?

I don't reply much to articles on Android Central, but when I do, I notice that part of my text (and usually part that I'm typing) near the right bottom corner of the text box is obscured by the [Comment] button that I need to tap on to post my comment.
Is there any way to get that to float under the text box?
