Why does the Touch Key Light Duration keeps shutting off?

Correction: Why does the Touch KEY Light Duration keeps shutting off? I would like for mine to stay on, but it turns off by itself ALL of the time. ANNOYING! I am using Galaxy Note III...android.

I would love to know this too! It seems that every night the settings reset itself. Everyday I set them again - same with my led light for notifications. I too am using a galaxy note 3. I'd love to see if there is a way to get this corrected.

I have the same problem the haptic feedback also goes off this is an extremely annoying thing that happens I have the Note 4

I have the same problem with my Galaxy S5. Every day my touch key light duration switches to off and my haptic feedback unchecks itself. Very annoying.
