Why does Xfinity login keep popping up on my phone

Welcome to Android Central! When that happens, go to Settings>Wi-fi, and see if there's an Xfinity hotspot available. If so, the phone might be trying to automatically connect to that hotspot, since you probably connected to another Xfinity hotspot in the past.
