Why doesn't Google have any stores?

Hate to compare them to Apple but don't you guys think sales would do a lot better and Android in general would do a lot better of they did have stores worldwide like apple does? Sorry this isn't s4 related (well it kind of is). What do you guys think? Myself, I would love to be able to go to a Google store in my town and pick up the newest phone, tablet, or laptop just like apple allows you to do.

Well android phones world wide is already out selling iPhone. It is because of the fact that android is not tied with Google. Instead each manufacturer has there complete freedom over designing their own phone, customising the android version and then promote it through advertising and sell it through their own distribution network. this way instead of depending one one company for your product, you can get different android phones from various sources.

Samsung is now opening satalite stores inside of best buy. They have all samsung products tied together
