Why doesn't my Alarm App work directly?

The Alarm App doesn't work directly

I have the Sprint version of Samsung Gear S. The app ALARM which comes with it doesn't work. When you click it, nothing happens.
However, if I go through S-Voice, and ask it to set an alarm, it sets it. However, when the alarm goes off, you can't swipe it quiet. You have to kill the app.
Any help? I think it is a bug.

Works fine on my AT&T version.

Something is screwed up on your watch. Try a factory reset and see what happens.

Works fine on my ATT version as well, and worked on my Tmo vesion that I sent back.
I only wish it was louder.

I have the Sprint version and my app alarm works fine.

I also have the Sprint version Gear S and the alarm works fine.
