Why doesn't my AT&T Samsung S5 mini no longer have a mute,vibrate, sound when you hold power button?

AT&T Samsung S5 mini no longer has mute,vibrate, sound when you hold power button

AT&T did an update last week that you had to accept,now the device options menu that comes up when you hold the right button, but the sound options are no longer there. the only way to set to mute or vibrate is to actually enter the passcode and then select it from the quick selects at the top of the screen, help!!!
