Why doesn't my galaxy s6 charge wirelessly

I just got a replacement samsung galaxy s6. The old one charged wirelessly. This one doesn't. Is there some app I need to install or some setting i have to set?

Shouldn't have to do anything. Are u using a charging pad that is compatible?

Was the replacement from Samsung or your insurance company? if it was insurance was it asurion? If yes send it back. They have poor quality control and often times the replacements have issues.
