Why doesn't my games work correctly on my note 20 ultra

My old note 8 works fine with all my games but my new note 20 ultra all of my games doesn't work correctly. The tilt steering is all messed up and one of the games gets stuck on the loading screen.

Where you get the games? Are they updated for andriod 11? Where did you purchase the phone?

I also use the by android game controller by game sir G4 Pro. Works amazing with Xbox cloud game pass.
