Htc one m7, no os and s-on
Guys, I need some serious help. I tried flashing ROM, I kept trying to use the latest RUU but still can fix my problem. I also somehow have no OS installed on the phone i use TWRP, I am S-ON , Do I need to be S-OFF and unlocked to use RUU?
