Why doesn't my LG G3 have service or a sim card?

[AC Question]

My lg g3 has no service-no sim card

My lg g3 froze whilst completing an update and I had no choice but to remove the battery. The update finshed when I replaced the battery but I now have no service-no sim card message when I start the phone up. Any ideas what has happened please help. Thanks

You've tried reseating the SIM?
