Why not works well my mobile after upgrade to the 5.1.1 lollipop?

Hello,

I have a bq e5 and since I upgraded it it does not work well. It is slow, the whatsapp does not work, contact list does not appear... The mobile has never failed, but since the update does not work well.

I would try to clear cache in the bootloader. Otherwise I would try to do a factory data reset

It seems the new update is not compatible with your device. You need to roll back to the previous version

i am also facing the same problem my device which is s5 sm-g901f restarts randomly even in safe mode dont no what to do
