Why doesnt my phone charge i know that my charger works but my phone still doesnt charge

I try to fix it but it doesn't work I also don't want to go to the store so they can fix it and I have to pay what can I do

The Charge Don't work.
This is a Hardware related Issue.
No matter how Bad a Power source or How Crashed or badly coded the firmware of an Android is The phone will Charge.
Even on Bricked Devices The Charging Occur.
So try Using a Better data cable or use External Battery Charger.
Or Connect to a PC.If the PC don't recognize the device Then Bro Go To a Store And Buy a Good Data Cable.
In Short.Change hardware and check alternatives to hardware and powersource you use.The software is not responsible for this.
Try connecting to a PC and checking the port for debris.

I have had several phones that the charging port cracked on , I stopped dealing with that by going on Amazon and buying good data /power cables were the little end stays in the device and the capable just magnetic connects, because unfortunately the power port is the weakest part of the device , it's a part that is worth about $5 and change but the labor makes it a $125 repair.
