Why doesn't my Play Store app work?

[AC Question]

Play Store app doesn't work.

I have tried some other answers from other similiar questions but nothing works.
I'm really panicking I have disabled and enabled the app, I restarted my tablet, I even now have the factory version of the app.
Nothing works.

Not clear what you mean by not working.

It won't open when you tap the icon?

It will open and you can navigate around but it just won't download?

If it opens, can you bring up My Apps.

If it won't download, the Download Manager app also needs to be enabled in Settings - Apps / Applications Manager. Also check Google Play Services, as well as Google Play Store is enabled.
