Samsung S3 Mini Phonebook doesn't always load via bluetooth

I have a Samsung S3 mini and a 2014 Honda Accord with hands-free Bluetooth. The phone book doesn't always automatically load to the Accord. The problem is intermittent and I can't seem to find a pattern to it. It loads sometimes and most of the time it doesn't. The settings in the car and on the phone appear to be correct. Anyone else seeing this as an intermittent problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Wi-fi can sometimes interfere with Bluetooth, so make sure the phone's wi-fi radio isn't on.
