Why doesn't the Google Play Store load on my laptop?

Google play store does not load on laptop

Google play does not load on my lap top. I am signed into my account. It just circles for hours, if I hit refresh it will load, unless I am trying to refine the search ie 4 stars for a rating then it will reload the previous app screen instead of the refined screen. This has been happening for a couple of months. I have 2 devices attached to the account, but still it should not matter.

Welcome to Android Central! Does it work on your Android devices? What browser are you using on your laptop? Try clearing the browser's cookies.
