Why doesn't Voice Search work for me????? PLEASE HELP!

Well, I spoke too soon and Voice Search is working like crap again for me I also installed two apps from the market that "claim" to work like Siri, and so far, they both stink (Assistant and Skyvi).

So, I am forced once again to harbor a secret jealousy for those with an iPhone, if only for Siri and the really cool cases they make for the #%^!)*&^ thing!!!!!!!

What is your voice search doing?

I have tried those other apps, and yes, they are awful and none of them work. The Google Voice Search is working great fo rme.

Ha! Now it's back to working fine...go figure! Those others app are horrible....totally useless! I wonder who these people are that are giving them 4-5 stars??????The Voice Search is now working great for me, both with text and phone commands, and with asking general questions (like nearest Italian restaurants). My only complaint now is that when I say "Call Home", instead of just opening up the phone app and dialing "home", it comes up with a "Did you mean..." box, and the first option is the correct one, but I have to physically choose it before the command is carried out. What's the point of this? Isn't it just supposed to call home?

Hmmmm...kind of a pain, don't you think? Voice activated should be just that, with no need for "button pushing" of any kind, right?

Car Mode also know as Dock or Car dock... If i remember right you either Long press the weather widget on the home page to bring it up or ummm (trying to remember as i never use it)

Step 1 Be at main screen
Step 2 Click on the clock
Step 3 click Desk Clock
Step 4 Click on the Dock Icon
