Why don't any of my apps work on my Alcatel OneTouch Pixi?

none of my apps work on my alcatel onetouch pixi

I have just bought the phone topped it up , and I cant text friends call friends , use my data , and to some it all up cant do anything

Welcome to Android Central! What carrier do you have? Does your plan include texting and data? Is the phone's mobile data turned on? What other apps aren't working--only the ones that require a data connection?
