Why don't custom names on 5.0 Direct Dial Widget Icons?

[AC Question]

On my S4 the custom names I added on each phone # would show on each Icon in my folders. On my Note 3 with 5.0 only the main header shows. I'ts made the direct dial virtually useless! If I have 4 phone #'s for the same family, I can't tell the right one without the custom name as it showed up in the previous version of Android. HELP!
