Why don't have a camera ?

I have Infocus M808, android 5.1, but i don't have a camera app and when I power on light apear " Detects the flash is occupied by other applications". I tried to install another application but still can not detect the camera.

Could be a hardware problem. Has the device been dropped or disassembled recently?
