Why don't I get updates?

No updates

Hi, my z3 still hasn't had it's updates although my z2 tablet has. It doesn't appear to be rooted. Any suggestions?

No. Updates are sent out a few at a time, and on a completely different schedule for different devices. It's possible that they started rolling out the Z2 updates before they even had a Z3 update to roll out. Just be patient.
